2.PPR Pipe Extruder: Equipped with an SJ65/33 high-efficiency single-screw extruder driven by a 55KW servo motor, reducing power consumption by approximately 20%. Key features include a direct-drive gearbox for enhanced efficiency and simplified maintenance, a robust 38CrMoALA alloy steel screw barrel treated with nitriding for superior wear and corrosion resistance, an infrared heating system, and Omron automatic temperature control for precise thermal management.
3. Marking Line Extruder: The SJ25 extruder is used to imprint marking lines onto PPR pipes. It can produce either a single marking line or multiple marking lines, depending on the customer's specifications.
4. Specialized PPR Pipe Mold: The mold features a basket or spiral structure die head to ensure uniform extrusion of the material.
5. Vacuum Calibration Tank: The tube blank undergoes rapid precision calibration via vacuum adsorption, with a stable vacuum level ranging from 0.06 to 0.08 MPa to ensure strict dimensional accuracy. The tank is made of high-quality stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.

Spray Cooling Tank: Adopting multi-stage precision spray cooling technology, this tank maintains the water temperature below 20℃ to ensure rapid and uniform cooling of pipes,effectively preventing thermal deformation. 7. Pull-off Traction Machine: Draws pipes at a stable speed range of 3-15 m/min to ensure uniform length and continuous production stability. Equipped with high-precision tension control systems, it effectively maintains consistent traction force,prevents pipe deformation,and guarantees strict dimensional accuracy of finished products.
8. Planetary Cutter: This cutter enables automatic fixed-length cutting with chip-free operation and smooth,burr-free edges—specifically optimized for small-to-medium diameter PPR pipes. Its high-precision cutting mechanism ensures consistent length accuracy and effectively minimizes material waste during production.
9. Laser Printing Machine: This machine utilizes advanced laser technology to print product specifications and batch information in real-time, achieving clear, durable markings without the need for consumables.
10. Stacking Rack: This automatic stacking rack neatly arranges finished pipes with adjustable height and layer count to accommodate different pipe lengths and storage requirements. Its robust frame and anti-slip design ensure stable stacking and convenient handling, significantly enhancing post-production storage efficiency.
11. Electric Control System: This system integrates high-performance electrical components, including ABB frequency converters, Siemens contactors, Omron temperature controllers, and Inovance servo controllers, ensuring stable operation and precise control of the entire production line.
