Yongte wood powder making machine processes agricultural and forestry waste (logs, sawdust, rice husks, wheat straw) into standard wood powder, realizing the resource utilization of raw materials.
Plastic recycling equipment crushes, cleans and dries recycled PP/PE plastic waste (bottles, films, bags, cans) to make clean plastic flakes with uniform size.
According to Yongte's professional formula, wood powder, plastic flakes and auxiliary agents are put into a high-speed WPC mixing machine for uniform and thorough mixing, laying a solid foundation for subsequent granulation.
The mixed raw materials are transported to the WPC granulation machine, equipped with a parallel twin-screw extruder, high-speed hot pelletizing system and 3-stage air cooling system. The produced WPC pellets are well plasticized and evenly mixed, ensuring the quality of subsequent profile extrusion.

The equipment adopts a specially designed conical twin-screw extruder, die head and mold specially built for wood plastic materials, online 3D embossing device, high speed cooling system, powerful traction device and automatic cutting system.
