The SJ90 PE/PP Plastic Lumber Extrusion line consists of vacuum loader, single screw extruder, die and mold, vacuum calibration table, haul off and cutting machine, stacker and electric control system.
1, Single screw extruder: it equop with automatic vacuum suction feeder and drying hopper, it equip servo motor for saving 20-30% power consumption, the gearbox is stronge and durable, it is high effeciency extruder specially designed for processing recycled PP/PE plastic
2, Plastic lumber profile mold: the mold is specially designed for making solid lumber planks from recycled PP/PE plastic, it adopts to vacuum calibration and water cooling to ensure the product shape without deformation and fast production speed.
3, Cooling system: it is made by 304 stainless steel, the length can be 6-12 meters as per customer's needs, it adopts motor drived adjustment for easy operation and maintenance.
4, Pull off machine: 2400mm length effective pull off to ensure the stably and continously production of plastic lumber, the rubber blocks are designed with tyre texture to ensure the pull off force, servo motor driven is good for precision speed adjustment. double stage reducer to ensure the haul off force without sliping.
5, Automatic cutting machine: it is fixed length automatic cutting system with dust collection, the length can be customized set and it will cut automatically when the length reach.
