3, Lumber profile die head: the extrusion die is specially designed for using 100% recycled material with good flow design to ensure enough extrusion pressure.
4, Calibrators: Made of high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, designed with fast vacuum calibration system and 4-6meter lengths water cooling tank.
6, Calibration and cooling table: Made from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel, with a reasonable pipeline design, it features overall electric lifting and left-right adjustment, and water system along its entire length. It is suitable for rapid cooling systems, easy to install and maintain, and the water tank is equipped with a filter to prevent contamination.
7, Traction machine: High-quality rubber ensures durability, the tire tread surface guarantees traction friction, dual-stage reduction provides sufficient traction torque, and the bird-wing protective cover simplifies operation and maintenance.
8, Cutting machine: automatic fixed-length cutting, 304 stainless steel panel, fully enclosed dust collection system to reduce dust pollution, equipped with servo motor, and special material cutting blades for high-speed cutting, avoiding chipping.

1, The SJ90 plastic lumber profile extrusion line is designed for the continuous extrusion of plastic lumber planks. This machine is equipped with a single screw extruder, capable of processing high-quality recycled PP/PE/ABS flakes or granules. It works in conjunction with a vacuum calibration unit and cooling tank, along with a stable pull-off tractor and automatic cutter. Consequently, this production line can continuously produce plastic lumber products, with the ability to cut the product to any desired length. The vacuum calibration ensures that the products have a superior surface finish and maintain a stable shape. As a result, the plastic lumber is suitable for a wide range of applications, including outdoor furniture such as chairs, sunbeds, tables, and desks.
2, The SH75 plastic lumber board extrusion line is equipped with a parallel twin-screw extruder featuring a vacuum exhausting system and a force-feeding device, enabling it to process a mix of crushed plastic materials such as film, bags, and flakes. With the addition of a wide-width extrusion die, a calibration table, a traction machine, and a cutter, this line is capable of producing plastic lumber boards up to 1200mm in width and 50mm in thickness. The vacuum calibration ensures that the product surface is smooth and uniform, and the length can be cut to any desired size. Plastic lumber board products are widely used as panels for desks and tables and can also be cut into smaller planks.
3, The SJZ180 plastic fence pole extrusion and molding machine can utilize plastic waste film and bags directly, eliminating the need for crushing and washing processes. The large-diameter twin-screw extruder can ingest the plastic waste directly, melt it, and then push the material into molds. These molds are submerged in a full water tank after being filled with the molten material. Consequently, this machine produces solid fence poles in either round or square shapes. The length of the fence poles is determined by the mold and is typically a maximum of 2500mm.
