1, Automatic feeder and hopper: screw feeder or vacuum suction feeder is optional according to material. The drying hopper is equipped for taking out moisture .
2, SJ90 Single screw extruder: equip with 45KW-55KW servo motor for saving 15-20% power, equip with vertical gearbox for stably and powerful production, equip with bimetallic screw and SKD barrel for long time using, equip with automatic temperature control system .
3, Lumber profile die head: the extrusion die is specially designed for using 100% recycled material with good flow design to ensure enough extrusion pressure.
4, Calibrators: Made of high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, designed with fast vacuum calibration system and 4-6meter lengths water cooling tank.
6, Calibration and cooling table: Made from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel, with a reasonable pipeline design, it features overall electric lifting and left-right adjustment, and water system along its entire length. It is suitable for rapid cooling systems, easy to install and maintain, and the water tank is equipped with a filter to prevent contamination.
7, Traction machine: High-quality rubber ensures durability, the tire tread surface guarantees traction friction, dual-stage reduction provides sufficient traction torque, and the bird-wing protective cover simplifies operation and maintenance.
8, Cutting machine: automatic fixed-length cutting, 304 stainless steel panel, fully enclosed dust collection system to reduce dust pollution, equipped with servo motor, and special material cutting blades for high-speed cutting, avoiding chipping.
9, Electric control system:Equip with ABB inverter, Omron temperature controller, Siemens contractor, PLC control system is also optional
all contactors and wires in our electrical cabinets are neatly arranged, with wire numbers clearly labeled according to a set pattern. Sufficient clearance between components allows for easy operation by electricians. All auxiliary wiring uses quick-connect plugs (eliminating the need for customer wiring), ensuring convenience and safety.

1, SJ90 Plastic lumber profile extrusion line for continuously extrusion plastic lumber planks: this machine equip with single screw extruder which can be used for processing good recycled PP/PE/ABS flakes or granules, working together with vacuum calibration and cooling tank, stably pull off tractor and auto cutter, so this line can produce plastic lumber products continuously and the product length can be cut at any size. By vacuum calibration, the product made by this line has good surface appearance and stably products shape. So the plastic lumber can be widely used for making outdoor furniture, such as lumber chair, lumber sunbed, lumber table and desks.
2, SH75 plastic lumber board extrusion line equip with parallel double screw extruder with vacuum exhausting system and force pressing feeder, so it can work for mixed crushed plastic material of film/bag/flakes. By equipping wide width extrusion mold, calibration table, traction machine and cutter, this line can make max. 1200mm width plastic lumber board with thickness max to be 50mm. The product surface is also smooth and uniform by vacuum calibration, the product length also can be cut into any size. The plastic lumber board product is widely used as panel of desk and table, also can be cut into small pieces of planks.
3, SJZ180 Plastic fence pole extrusion and molding machine can use plastic wastage film/bags directly without crushing and washing process, the big diameter twin screw extruder can eating the plastic wastage directly and melt the wastage, then push the material into molds which shall be put into full water tank after full filled with the melt material, so this machine can make solid fence pole with round shape or square shape, and the length of the fence pole is fixed by the melt mold, generally the max. Length is 2500mm.
