Due to the Canadian client's raw material requirements, the client needed to recycle a large amount of fiberglass recovered from PCB circuit boards. Yongte customized a professional solution for producing wood-plastic composite products using recycled PCB materials. This solution has been validated by Yongte through multiple trials.
In this solution, Yongte optimized the structure and process of the wood-plastic composite equipment to adapt it to the plasticizing process of fiberglass and waste plastic composites. Instead of using wood flour, it uses fiberglass recovered from PCB circuit boards, increasing its usage to 70% (maximizing the use of recycled waste fiber materials to reduce production costs). After multiple trials and formula adjustments, high-quality products can be consistently produced, whether for hollow or solid wood-plastic composite wall panels and flooring. Furthermore, a co-extrusion system ensures the product's weather resistance, allowing for outdoor use for over 10 years. Online embossing is also included to produce 3D wood grain effects, making the products not only durable but also aesthetically pleasing. Ultimately, a complete set of production equipment and process formulas suitable for wood-plastic composite products made from fiberglass and waste plastic composites was successfully designed. Our Canadian clients are extremely satisfied with our high-quality equipment, mature processes, and comprehensive services.
Yongte has provided its Canadian clients with a complete set of production equipment for recycling and reusing fiberglass to produce wood-plastic composite products. The success of this project not only represents a further step in Yongte's international market development but also provides a more optimized solution for PCB circuit board recycling.
