The PLC touch screen cooperates with the PID temperature control algorithm, and the temperature control accuracy reaches ±1℃; the automatic cutting machine adopts 0.01mm grating positioning and pneumatic servo system, the 45-degree angle splicing error can be controlled within ±0.1°, and the hinge installation hole position accuracy is stable at ±0.08mm, reducing the overall scrap rate from the industry average of 18% to less than 7%.
