it equipped with online 3D embossing system to make beautiful wooden pattern on the product surface.
It equipped with auto cutting machine without cutting dust and non-chip cutting.
This wall panel mold is specially designed with good flow for the non-uniform shape, and good cooling system to ensure the production speed.
The control system adopts Siemens brand PLC control system, it achieves to speed control synchronously for extrusion and haul off speed control.
The electric parts are high quality with famous brand, such as Innovance servo motor, ABB inverter, Siemens contractor..
