During the test process, all links of the production line cooperated closely and ran smoothly. From the raw materials entering the barrel through the hopper, shearing, extrusion, melting and pre-plasticization are achieved under the action of the screw, to the initially formed pipe passing through the precisely controlled sizing sleeve, and then being smoothly pulled by the traction machine, cooled and shaped through the spray box, and finally cut by the cutting machine according to the specified length, each step strictly follows the PPR pipe production process standards.
After strict inspection, the produced pipes fully meet the relevant quality specifications. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes are clean and smooth, without defects such as bubbles, scratches, cracks, dents and obvious impurities, and the color is uniform. In terms of dimensional accuracy, whether it is 75mm or 125mm diameter pipes, the key dimensions such as average outer diameter and wall thickness are precisely controlled within the standard range, and the maximum out-of-roundness also meets the requirements. At the same time, the pipe ends are cut flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis, and the overall straightness is good.

In terms of temperature technology, the barrel, mold, co-extruder temperature and cooling water temperature are accurately set according to the needs of different stages to ensure that the plasticization degree of the material and the smoothness of the inner and outer walls of the pipe are in the best state. In terms of speed technology, the main engine speed, traction speed and co-extruder speed match each other to ensure efficient and stable production. In addition, the precise control of melt pressure and vacuum effectively avoids quality problems such as numbness, fatness, and suction breakage in the product.
