The machinery in the Yongte Plastic Machinery factory roars, and dozens of workers and technicians work closely together to smoothly hoist one precision wood-plastic profile production equipment after another into the container truck. This batch of production lines tailored for Canadian customers has officially started, marking a solid step for Yongte Plastic Machinery to open up the North American market, and its green smart manufacturing technology has once again won high praise from overseas customers.


The wood-plastic profile production line delivered this time can be called the culmination of Yongte Plastic Machinery's technological innovation. At the core process level, the fourth-generation intelligent temperature control system equipped on the production line uses AI algorithm dynamic adjustment, which can not only accurately control the temperature error within ±1℃, but also automatically match the optimal production parameters according to the characteristics of the raw materials. The matching twin-screw extruder is equipped with a self-developed spiral shear mixing element. Through the unique thread structure design, the wood fiber and plastic particles can achieve molecular-level fusion in a high temperature environment of 180℃ - 220℃, and the final output profile density uniformity reaches the industry-leading 99.2%. In terms of production efficiency, with the coordinated operation of precision extrusion dies and servo drive systems, the production line can achieve high-speed and stable production of 12 meters per minute, which is 30% more efficient than traditional equipment, and the annual production capacity of a single production line can reach 8,000 tons.


Particularly eye-catching is its closed-loop waste recycling system. The system uses three-stage crushing technology to crush the scraps generated during the production process into fine particles below 0.5mm, and cooperates with vacuum feeding and magnetic separation and impurity removal devices to ensure the purity of recycled raw materials. Through the two-stage granulation process, the waste can be transformed from crushing to recycled particles within 2 hours, and the entire process is fully automated, ultimately making the scrap utilization rate as high as 98%. "This system not only saves customers about 1.5 million yuan in raw material costs each year, but also reduces thousands of tons of solid waste emissions." The project technical director said while showing the system operation data.


In meeting the customized needs of Canadian customers, the Yongte Plastic Machinery team has experienced nearly a hundred technical breakthroughs. In view of the low temperature environment of -40℃ in the extremely cold regions of northern Canada, the R&D personnel added special modifiers to the profile formula and carried out antifreeze treatment on the cooling and shaping module of the equipment. In order to meet the Canadian CSA international standards, the team innovatively designed a three-layer co-extrusion surface strengthening process: the inner layer enhances the structural strength, the middle layer adds anti-ultraviolet masterbatch, and the outer layer is covered with a nano-wear-resistant coating. According to the test of the authoritative organization, the profile has a dimensional change rate of only 0.1% in the cycle test of 80℃ high temperature and -40℃ low temperature, which is far higher than the industry standard.


The Canadian customer representative could not hide his excitement during the video acceptance: "We have inspected more than ten equipment suppliers around the world, and Yongte Plastic Machinery's solution impressed us the most. From the initial communication, they formed a 15-person special team including process, mechanical and electrical engineers, demonstrated the customized solution with 3D simulation, and designed a special pattern mold overnight for our outdoor floor anti-slip requirements. In fact, this cooperation stems from Yongte Plastic Machinery's outstanding performance at international exhibitions. At the Düsseldorf Plastics Show in Germany last year, the wood-plastic production line exhibited by Yongte Plastic Machinery attracted the attention of Canadian customers. After half a year of technical exchanges and field investigations, the customer finally finalized the cooperation. The successful delivery of this order not only provides core equipment for the new environmentally friendly building materials industrial park built by Canadian customers, but also provides samples for Yongte Plastic Machinery to open up the high-end market in North America. At present, the company has reached cooperation intentions with many companies in the United States, Mexico and other countries.


The general manager of Yongte Plastic Machinery said at the delivery ceremony: "This is not only an equipment delivery, but also an opportunity for China's manufacturing to show the world its green smart manufacturing capabilities. In the future, we will continue to invest in research and development, and plan to launch a wood-plastic production line with integrated 5G remote operation and maintenance next year, so that customers can grasp the equipment operation status anytime and anywhere, and help the global green transformation with a more complete service system." It is reported that the 12-person technical team sent by the company has arrived in Canada in advance, and will work with local engineers to complete equipment installation, commissioning and a one-month operator training to ensure that the production line is put into production within 30 days.
