Yongte 75-250mm PE pipe production line adopts advanced technology and equipment in the industry to ensure the production of high-quality PE pipes. The production line is equipped with a high-efficiency single-screw extruder. The screw adopts a barrier and mixing head structure, and the barrel adopts a new slotted barrel, which greatly improves the plasticization and mixing effect, making the extrusion volume larger and the operation stable.
In order to adapt to the characteristics of HDPE and PE materials, the production line also adopts a proprietary sizing and cooling system. Through water film lubrication and water ring cooling, it ensures that the diameter and roundness of the pipe can remain stable when producing thick-walled pipes at high speed. At the same time, the specially designed multi-stage vacuum sizing box with vacuum degree control further guarantees the stability and roundness of the pipe size.

Only products that pass all tests will be deemed qualified.
