Yongte's plastic recycling equipment transforms PP/PE plastic waste—such as bottles, film, bags, and cans—into clean plastic flakes through processes including crushing, cleaning, and drying.
According to the formula provided by Yongte, wood powder, plastic, and auxiliary agents are placed into a high-speed mixer for mixing.
The mixture is then conveyed to the Yongte WPC Granulation Machine, which is outfitted with a high-efficiency parallel twin-screw extruder specifically engineered for wood-plastic composite processing, a high-speed hot pelletizing system, and a rapid three-stage air cooling system. Capable of accommodating a wood powder proportion of 60-70%, the machine produces WPC pellets with uniform mixing and thorough plasticization, thus guaranteeing the superior quality of the final product.
The WPC pellets are then fed into the Yongte WPC Profile Extrusion Line, which integrates a specially engineered conical twin-screw extruder, a die head and molds tailored for wood-plastic materials, an online 3D embossing device, a high-speed cooling system, a robust traction unit, and an automatic cutting system. The production process is highly efficient and stable, with precise control over every stage, significantly boosting production capacity. The WPC products manufactured by this line feature consistent dimensions, smooth and burr-free cut surfaces, lifelike wood grain details, and exceptional overall performance.
