1. Raw Material Processing System: PE material is mixed with additives, such as color masterbatches, in a mixer. The vacuum feeder automatically sends the mixture to the extruder drying hopper, removing moisture to ≤0.1%—a critical factor for product consistency.

2. PPR Pipe Extruder: Utilizes an SJ65/33 high-efficiency single-screw extruder with a 55KW servo motor, which reduces power consumption by approximately 20%. Features include a direct-drive gearbox for higher efficiency and easier maintenance, a durable 38CrMoALA alloy steel screw barrel that is nitrided for wear and rust resistance, an infrared heating system, and Omron automatic temperature control.

3. Marking Line Extruder: The SJ25 extruder is used to imprint marking lines onto PPR pipes. It can produce either a single marking line or multiple marking lines, depending on the customer's specifications.

4. Specialized PPR Pipe Mold: The mold is equipped with a basket or spiral structure die head to ensure the uniform extrusion of the material.

5. Vacuum Calibration Tank: The tube blank undergoes rapid calibration through vacuum adsorption to guarantee dimensional precision, with a vacuum level ranging from 0.06 to 0.08 MPa. The tank is constructed from stainless steel.

6. Spray Cooling Tank: Equipped with multi-stage spray cooling technology, this tank maintains the water temperature below 20℃ to ensure the rapid and uniform cooling of pipes. Constructed from stainless steel, it offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability for sustained, stable operation.

7. Pull-off Traction Machine: Draws pipes at a consistent speed of 3-15 m/min for uniform length and stable production. Equipped with precision control systems to maintain consistent tension, preventing deformation and ensuring dimensional accuracy.

8. Planetary Cutter: The cutter enables automatic, fixed-length, chip-free cutting with smooth, burr-free edges, specifically optimized for small to medium diameter PPR pipes. Its precision cutting mechanism ensures consistent length accuracy and minimizes material waste during production.

9. Laser Printing Machine: The machine employs laser technology to display product specifications and batch information in real-time, eliminating the need for consumables.

10. Stacking Rack: Automatically stacks finished pipes neatly, with adjustable height and layer count for different pipe lengths and storage needs. Its sturdy frame and anti-slip design ensure stable stacking and easy handling, boosting post-production storage efficiency.

11. Electric Control System: The system incorporates high-end electrical components, including ABB frequency converters, Siemens contactors, Omron temperature controllers, and Inovance servo controllers.
