The PPR pipe production line is structurally composed of several key systems: the raw material processing system, extrusion system, mold system, cooling and sizing system, traction system, cutting system, and electrical control system. The raw material processing system is tasked with the pretreatment of various PPR raw materials, such as drying and mixing, to guarantee consistent quality. The extrusion system comprises multiple extruders, each of which is responsible for heating, melting, and extruding a specific type of raw material. The mold system is crucial for co-extrusion, with its runner design dictating the composite effect of the three-layer structure and the shape of the pipe's cross-section. The cooling and sizing system employs a sizing sleeve and cooling water tank to rapidly cool and shape the pipe blank, thereby ensuring dimensional precision and surface quality. The traction system draws the pipe from the mold at a steady speed, controlling both wall thickness and length. The cutting system slices the pipes to predetermined lengths. Working Principle

The core of Yongte’s PPR pipe machine lies in its synchronized extrusion process: multiple extruders simultaneously melt and plasticize PPR raw materials formulated for different layer functions (inner, middle, outer). These tailored molten materials are then fed into a custom-engineered co-extrusion mold, where they are uniformly compounded to form a three-layer pipe blank. The blank proceeds through a streamlined post-processing workflow—including precision sizing, rapid cooling, constant-speed traction, and automated fixed-length cutting—to produce the final PPR pipe with consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.

5. Vacuum calibration and Cooling System: Combines a vacuum sizing sleeve and high-efficiency cooling water tank to rapidly cool and shape the pipe blank. This step locks in dimensional accuracy (±0.1mm tolerance) and delivers a smooth, blemish-free surface finish.
