  • A:Corrosion by chemical substances, such as strong acids and bases; Physical wear, such as water shock and friction; A large number of organisms attach and block pores; Material natural aging; Improper installation causes deformation or looseness of the interface; Too high gas supply pressure causes it to break; Blockage of foreign bodies causes excessive local pressure. All these may affect the performance and life of aerator.

  • A:The surface roughness of the traction roll is important. The roughness is too large, the tensile rod is easy to be deformed and broken by strong tension, and the surface is easy to have scratches; If the roughness is too small, the traction force is insufficient, the pull rod jitter and the size is not allowed. The measurement and evaluation can be done by using stylus displacement to obtain contour data and calculate roughness parameters. It can also be measured by optical method, using the light principle. The roughness range can also be estimated by comparing with the standard sample.

Different plasticizers are affected by temperature differently. For example, phthalates have a good effect at medium temperature, aliphatic dibasic acid esters are volatile at high temperature and require low temperature, and polyesters need high temperature to promote dispersion due to their large molecular weight.

  • A:The principle of co-extrusion technology is to combine two or more different plastics using multiple extruders through a multi-channel composite die head to produce a composite film with multi-layer structure, and cooled by a casting roll. In the co-extrusion process, different plastic materials are plasticized separately in the extruder and are compounded with each other through the composite die head in an extrusion process to form a composite film with a multi-layer structure.
