Intelligent: Featuring Siemens motors and ABB frequency control systems, it delivers precise temperature (150-200℃) and extrusion speed control to ensure consistent product quality.
Process flow
The complete production process of wood-plastic door frames is as follows:
PVC+wood powder+additive mixed → double screw extrusion → mould forming → vacuum setting → traction cutting → finished product stacking
