Yongte finished the production for Parallel Double Screw Extruder for Plastic granulation machine

From the creative lines on the drawings to the gradually formed steel bodies in the workshop, the Yongte Technology Production Team finally completed the production of these two customized film granulation extruders for domestic customers after more than 30 days of hard work.


These two parallel twin-screw extruders are specially designed and produced for plastic film granulation, with the following advantages:

Transmission system: A special high-torque reduction box is used, and the transmission parts are made of high-quality, ultra-high alloy carburized steel, which is manufactured through carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding processes, and has the characteristics of high speed, high torque, and low noise.

Feeding device: A twin-screw with agitator forced feeding system is used, which can feed evenly and accurately to avoid the phenomenon of racking

Screw and barrel: The screw and barrel adopt a "building block" structure, which is convenient for maintenance and reduces replacement costs. The barrel is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant nitrided steel material, which can extend the service life. The threaded element is made of high-speed tool steel, and the reasonable design of the thread ensures the normal tooth surface clearance of the thread working section, and has good self-cleaning properties.

Heating system: Infrared heating coils are used, which have the advantages of uniform heating, fast heating, and high temperature control accuracy. The materials can be heated according to the process requirements to reach the appropriate processing temperature.

Cooling system: Water cooling is adopted to control the temperature of the barrel and screw to prevent overheating of the material, ensure the normal operation of the equipment and product quality, and cool quickly, evenly and effectively.

Vacuum system: The built-in vacuum system can remove volatile components and gases in the material, ensure that the material is fully plasticized, and improve product quality.

Electric control system: Imported electrical components are used, the control panel is a human-machine interface, the heating system is automatically temperature controlled, the control is accurate, the sensitivity is high, and the operation is convenient.
