Europe produces more than 3.5449 million tons of waste tires every year, and the huge amount brings severe treatment problems. These tires are large and difficult to degrade, and improper disposal will cause serious environmental damage. Research by the European Environment Agency shows that for every 10,000 tons of waste tires accumulated, about 2-3 tons of heavy metals will seep into the soil each year, destroying the soil structure and fertility; burning 1 ton of waste tires will release about 3.5 kg of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, 1.2 kg of sulfur dioxide and other toxic and harmful gases, polluting the air. Taking Germany as an example, the cost of recycling 1 ton of waste tires is 120-150 euros, and the recycling system has uneven distribution problems, which further aggravates the difficulty of recycling waste tires.
Yongte rubber seepage pipe production equipment converts waste tires into nano seepage pipes, and its work process is precise and efficient. In the pre-processing stage, the waste tires enter the rubber tire recycling machine. With a multi-stage crushing device with a speed of 1200 revolutions per minute and a single processing capacity of 50-80 kg, the block size is reduced to less than 5 cm after 2-3 crushing. Then, the grinding roller and screen with a hardness of HRC60 and a grinding speed of 800 revolutions per minute can process 1.2-1.5 tons of waste tires per hour and produce 0.8-1 ton of 80-120 mesh rubber powder. In the mixing stage, the rubber powder and auxiliary materials are stirred in a double-screw mixer at 30-60 revolutions per minute for 15-20 minutes to ensure that the uniformity error of the ingredients is within ±1.5%. During the extrusion molding stage, the material enters the rubber hose extruder with a screw diameter of 65 mm and a length-to-diameter ratio of 28:1 through an automatic feeder, is plasticized through three-stage temperature control, extruded through a mold with an accuracy of ±0.05 mm, and then formed within 10-15 seconds through an 8-meter cooling trough and 15-20℃ circulating water. Finally, it is towed by a traction machine with a traction speed of 8-12 meters per minute and an error of ±0.5 meters per minute, and wound by an automatic winder. 18-22 kilometers of nano-seepage pipes can be produced in 24 hours.
There is a strong demand for seepage pipes in the municipal and agricultural fields in Europe. The Netherlands invests more than 800 million euros in the construction of urban drainage systems each year, requiring 1,200-1,500 kilometers of seepage pipes. The seepage rate of Yongte nano-seepage pipes is 5-7 cubic meters per hour, far exceeding the EU standard of 3 cubic meters per hour, which can effectively meet the needs of municipal drainage. The scale of precision agricultural irrigation systems in France, Germany and other countries has increased by 15% annually, and the total demand for high-quality seepage pipes is expected to reach 8,000-10,000 kilometers in the next five years. The European seepage pipe market will increase from 2.3 billion euros to 3.5 billion euros in the next five years, with an annual growth rate of 8%. From an environmental perspective, the production of 100 kilometers of nano-seepage pipes can consume about 2,000 tons of waste tires, and the amount of harmful substances precipitated in the soil after 10 years of use is less than 0.01 mg/kg; agricultural irrigation saves 30%-40% of water compared to traditional flooding, and in southern Europe, every 100 kilometers of water is used to save about 1.2 million cubic meters of water per year; the rate of E. coli exceeding the standard in the water around the drainage system in a city in Italy has dropped from 12% to 3%.
In terms of policy, Germany requires tire recycling companies to achieve a resource utilization rate of more than 85% from 2023, which provides policy support for equipment related to waste tire recycling and reuse. From 2023 to 2033, the tire recycling machinery market size is expected to increase from US$8.709 million to US$12.004 million, with a compound annual growth rate of 3.3%. Europe continues to innovate in the field of waste tire recycling and reuse, and new technologies such as pyrolysis processes have emerged, driving the industry to develop in a high value-added and more environmentally friendly direction. Yongte Equipment has obvious advantages in resource recycling and energy conservation, which is highly consistent with the innovative trend of waste tire recycling and reuse in Europe, and has good development potential and industry adaptability.
