Mixer: used to fully mix raw materials such as wood powder, plastic particles, additives, etc. in a certain proportion, so that various raw materials are evenly distributed, ready for subsequent processing, and ensure the stability of the performance of wood plastic wallboard.
Extruder: Generally there are single-screw extruders and twin-screw extruders, and twin-screw extruders are more widely used. It pushes the mixed raw materials forward through the rotation of the screw, and at the same time heats, pressurizes and mixes the raw materials, so that the raw materials melt at high temperature, and finally extrude them from the die head of the extruder to form the blank of the wood plastic wallboard.
Mold: determines the shape, size and surface texture of the wood plastic wallboard. The molten material extruded by the extruder is formed by the mold to produce wood plastic wallboards of different specifications, shapes and thicknesses, such as flat panels, gusset panels, wallboards with special shapes, etc.
Vacuum calibration table: vacuum adsorb the extruded wood-plastic wallboard blank to make it fit tightly on the mold surface, and cool and shape the blank by cooling water to ensure that the wallboard has good dimensional accuracy and surface flatness to prevent deformation during subsequent processing.
Tractor: slowly pull the cooled and shaped wood-plastic wallboard out of the mold, control the pulling speed of the wallboard to match the extrusion speed of the extruder, ensure the continuity and stability of production, and apply a certain pulling force to the wallboard to further improve the density and strength of the wallboard.
Cutting machine: cut the pulled wood-plastic wallboard into the required size according to the set length. There are usually two ways of manual cutting and automatic cutting. The automatic cutting machine can improve the cutting efficiency and accuracy.
Laminating machine: used to cover a layer of decorative film on the surface of the wood-plastic wallboard, such as wood grain film, stone grain film, etc., so that the wallboard has a better decorative effect, improves its beauty and simulation, and can also protect the surface of the wallboard and increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the wallboard.
