Composition of production line

1. Raw material preparation: choose high-quality wood fiber and plastic raw materials to ensure the stable performance of the plate produced.

2. Mixing: Mix the wood fiber and plastic in a certain proportion and mix well through a mixer.

3. WPC board Extrusion and molding: the mixed material enters the conical double screw extruder. After mixing and extrusion of the screw, the wood-plastic material is plasticized into the mold of the wood-plastic board. Generally, the width of the wood-plastic board is 1220mm and the thickness can be adjusted to 3-30mm.

4. Cooling and calibration: the extruded plate enters the setting mold for cooling and calibration.

5. Post-processing: including cutting, grinding, film covering, quality inspection and other links, to ensure that each plate meets the quality requirements.
