Successful Commissioning of Rubber Foamed Soaker Pipe Production Line for Indian Client

Our company is pleased to announce that the rubber foaming microporous soaker pipe production line delivered to our customer in India has officially gone into commercial production.

The complete Rubber Foamed Soaker Pipe Production Line arrived at the Indian customer’s factory in early October. Our engineering team provided comprehensive on-site and remote technical guidance, covering machine commissioning as well as formulation development. Multiple rounds of formula optimization and fine-tuning were carried out to precisely control the foaming pore size and pore density of the finished pipe.

With our technical support, the Indian customer has successfully manufactured high-quality rubber soaker pipes. The finished product features uniform foaming structure, fine and dense micropores, and outstanding water seepage performance. The customer expressed great satisfaction with both the equipment and the final pipe quality.

This project marks another milestone of our overseas turnkey solution for rubber foaming permeable pipe machinery.
