The hopper is fitted with rotary stirring device plus twin-screw forced feeder. It effectively solves material bridging, segregation and uneven feeding issues caused by wood powder, fiber and PE mixed materials. Continuous and consistent material supply guarantees stable melt pressure and uniform product density.
2. Heavy-Duty Wear-Resistant Screw & Barrel Assembly

- Barrel: Lined with SKD wear-resistant & corrosion-resistant sleeve High filler content of wood flour brings strong abrasion and slight corrosion. This configuration greatly improves abrasion resistance, reduces component replacement frequency and extends the working life of the extrusion core.
3. Reliable Vertical Gearbox with Flange Connection
Adopts vertical reduction gearbox, connected with barrel through flange plate. The connection structure is compact, high concentricity, low vibration, easy for disassembly, inspection and maintenance. Stable power output avoids torque fluctuation during continuous WPC extrusion.
4. Fine Powder Coating Finish
The whole machine adopts electrostatic powder spraying treatment. Anti-rust, oil-resistant and scratch-resistant. It achieves neat, beautiful appearance while adapting to the humid factory environment in Europe for long-term use.
