Upgraded double-layer co-extrusion process: The co-extruded surface layer has uniform thickness and incorporates anti-aging agents, resulting in excellent weather resistance. It remains moisture-free even during prolonged periods of dampness in the rainy season and does not deform or crack even after a year of outdoor sun exposure. It can withstand high-wear scenarios such as scenic boardwalks (exposed to wind and rain daily) and gyms (heavy loads and frequent cleaning).
Core WPC layer: Made from recycled plastic and 70% wood powder composite material, it is not only low-cost but also possesses excellent wood properties and good nail-holding power.
Online 3D embossing: It achieves "one-step molding" of co-extrusion and embossing, creating over ten 3D textures such as imitation oak and walnut without additional processes, with high three-dimensionality.
