The plastic insulation on these cables' outer layers can be converted into high-purity recycled plastic pellets through six processes, including sorting, cleaning, and pelletizing. Recycled PVC pipe is primarily used for wiring in home renovations. To address the potential for impurities in recycled material, Yongte installs a precision filter at the extruder inlet to effectively ensure surface quality and adjusts the screw speed to accommodate the material's processing characteristics. This type of recycled PVC conduit is priced 0.8 yuan lower per meter than virgin products, achieving significant annual sales and gaining widespread market acceptance.





For wood-plastic profiles, recycled plastic and wood fiber can be mixed in a 7:3 ratio to create flooring, wallboard, and other products. Yongte's wood plastic pelletizing equipment solves the problem of material delamination by adding a compatibilizer. Its extrusion equipment utilizes a "high-temperature shaping + vacuum cooling" process, maintaining a stable product density of 1.1–1.3 g/cm³. It offers excellent mildew and insect-resistant properties, while maintaining significantly lower maintenance costs than solid wood. Some scenic spots have seen costs reduced by up to 30% compared to solid wood by adopting recycled wood plastic flooring, demonstrating excellent overall benefits. Low-purity recycled material can be used in outdoor items such as flower boxes and trash cans. Industry reports indicate that the scale of recycled plastics from waste cables will exceed 8 billion yuan by 2024, with recycled pipes and wood plastic profiles contributing over 60% of this output value.
