After everything was ready, we started the 280-560mm PVC pipe extrusion production line. At the beginning of the equipment startup, the work of monitoring the equipment's operating status was extremely meticulous. The speed of the extruder screw is fed back to the console in real time through the speed sensor to ensure that it rises steadily according to the preset acceleration curve, slowly increasing from the initial low speed to the target speed, to avoid shocks to the equipment due to sudden changes in speed. The heating system's temperature rise is accurately monitored by the temperature sensor. During the heating process, the temperature rise rate of each heating zone is uniform. The material feed speed is precisely controlled by the frequency converter of the feed device, and dynamically adjusted according to the relationship between the screw speed and the extrusion volume to ensure the continuity and stability of the material supply.
When the equipment runs stably according to the preset parameters, the extruded pipe is uniformly and continuously output from the die head. During the whole process, the various parts of the equipment work together without any jamming or abnormality. In the initial forming stage of the pipe, it can be clearly seen that the outer diameter changes very little, and a stable outer diameter size is achieved in a very short time. This is due to the precise coordination between the extruder screw and the die head, which makes the pressure of the material uniform and stable during the extrusion process.
After a whole day of trial operation, the overall operation of the equipment is stable, without any failure or abnormal shutdown. For the extrusion of PVC pipes of different specifications (280-560mm), all production requirements are met, and the extrusion of PVC pipes of different specifications shows the excellent performance of the equipment.
The quality of the PVC pipe extruded by the test machine is very superior, and the outer diameter accuracy remains stable during the continuous extrusion process; the uniformity of the pipe wall thickness is good. Under multi-point measurement, the difference between each point is very small, and the uniformity deviation remains at an extremely low level, which shows that the material is evenly distributed during plasticization and extrusion in the barrel; the surface of the PVC pipe is smooth, without any bubbles, cracks or orange peel phenomenon, and the appearance quality is perfect.
