This parallel double screw extruder are specially designed and produced for plastic granulation, with the following advantages:
Transmission system: A special high-torque reduction box is used, and the transmission parts are made of high-quality, ultra-high alloy carburized steel, which is manufactured through carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding processes, and has the characteristics of high speed, high torque, and low noise.
Feeding device: A twin-screw with agitator forced feeding system is used, which can feed evenly and accurately to avoid the phenomenon of racking
Screw and barrel: The screw and barrel adopt a "building block" structure, which is convenient for maintenance and reduces replacement costs. The barrel is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant nitrided steel material, which can extend the service life. The threaded element is made of high-speed tool steel, and the reasonable design of the thread ensures the normal tooth surface clearance of the thread working section, and has good self-cleaning properties.
Heating system: Infrared heating coils are used, which have the advantages of uniform heating, fast heating, and high temperature control accuracy. The materials can be heated according to the process requirements to reach the appropriate processing temperature.
