Its production machine is designed with a strong vacuum exhausting system to taking out moisture of material, high-pressure extrusion die and vacuum calibration system, which can ensure product surface to be smooth and uniform thickness, avoiding uneven thickness that affects subsequent assembly and use.At the same time, the production line can be equipped with an online embossing and cutting device to achieve fixed-size cutting during extrusion, which greatly improves overall production efficiency.

3, Solid Plastic Pole/Post/Thick Panels:

This product is developed for load-bearing structural application scenarios, requiring extremely high overall compactness and compressive strength. It can meet the long-term use requirements of outdoor support facilities such as farm fence without deformation or fracture. The special reinforced extrusion barrel of the corresponding production equipment can provide higher and more stable extrusion pressure, fully plasticize and compress the raw material, ensure the dense internal structure of the finished product, and achieve stable dimensional accuracy even for large-specification long poles.
