In response to the strict production standards, energy consumption regulations and high requirements for finished product flatness in the European market, our R&D team has comprehensively upgraded the core components of this customized plastic lumber production line. The equipment adopts a 36:1 high-plasticization screw as the core extrusion component. The optimized long-diameter ratio design realizes thorough melting, uniform plasticization and stable extrusion of recycled waste PP and PE materials, effectively solving common problems such as uneven material mixing and unstable product density caused by impure waste plastic raw materials.
To comply with Europe’s stringent energy-saving policies, the production line is equipped with a 75KW energy-saving servo motor. Compared with traditional ordinary motors, the servo drive system can automatically adjust power output according to real-time production load, cutting unnecessary power consumption while maintaining continuous and stable operation of the host machine. The stable power output also avoids extrusion fluctuation caused by voltage changes, laying a solid foundation for consistent finished product quality.

With the premium core configuration, the production line achieves a steady hourly output of 300kg/h, meeting the large-scale continuous production demands of European industrial customers. It supports flexible production of diversified solid plastic profiles, including solid plastic boards for outdoor construction, landscape engineering and packaging fields, as well as solid plastic posts used for guardrails, fences and structural supports.

8m Integrated Vacuum Calibration & Water Cooling System: Minimize Product Deformation and Boost Production Efficiency

Deformation, warpage and size deviation are the most common pain points in the production of thick solid plastic profiles. To tackle this industry difficulty, Yongte equips this European-standard production line with an 8-meter-long high-efficiency vacuum calibration and water cooling integrated system.

The extended cooling and sizing section realizes gradual and uniform cooling of extruded semi-finished plastic products from head to tail. The precision vacuum sizing module fixes the outer contour of profiles in real time right after extrusion, while the circulating water cooling system rapidly dissipates internal heat of thick solid plastic materials. This dual-control technology greatly reduces internal stress of finished products, fundamentally inhibiting warping, bending and shrinkage deformation of solid plastic boards and posts. Meanwhile, the efficient cooling process shortens the required cooling time of profiles, further improving the overall line speed and continuous production capacity without sacrificing product surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

This customized plastic lumber machine perfectly fits Europe’s booming circular economy and plastic waste recycling trend.
