After receiving the customer’s demand, Yongte attached great importance to it and immediately set up a professional technical team to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the project. We fully considered the characteristics of waste clothes (such as fiber composition, toughness) and waste plastic (such as melting point, fluidity), and combined the technical experience of waste recycling and wood-plastic extrusion, formulated a detailed customization plan.
To ensure that the final product meets the customer’s requirements for strength and quality, our technical team carried out repeated test runs with real waste clothes and waste plastic as raw materials. During the test process, we continuously adjusted the parameters of the mixing equipment, optimized the plasticization process, and improved the mold design, solving technical difficulties such as uneven mixing of raw materials, insufficient product strength, and unstable forming. After many rounds of tests and improvements, we finally produced high-quality packaging strips that met the customer’s standards, and sent the samples to the customer for quality confirmation.
