Our Company Demonstrates Stable Operation of our WPC decking machine to Foreign Visitors

Accompanied by our senior management and technical team, the foreign delegation toured our production workshop, where they observed the entire WPC decking manufacturing process. From raw material mixing (recycled PE flakes, wood powder, and additives) to granulation, extrusion, surface embossing, cooling, automatic cutting, and stacking, every link was executed with precision. The production line’s stable operation and streamlined workflow left a profound impression on the visiting clients.


As the centerpiece of the demonstration, our latest WPC decking production line integrates cutting-edge intelligent control technology and optimized processes. Equipped with a high-torque twin-screw extruder, it effectively addresses challenges such as uneven plasticization and poor exhaust caused by high wood powder filling rates, ensuring consistent product quality.

In line with global environmental standards, the WPC decking production line features a central dust removal system with a recovery rate of over 95%, and produces no formaldehyde or VOC emissions throughout the process—fully complying with EU standards, and other international environmental regulations. This underscores our company’s dedication to sustainable development and green manufacturing.


During the demonstration, our technical team provided on-site operations and detailed explanations, focusing on the line’s key advantages: stable performance, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, flexible production, and high product quality. The foreign clients raised questions about production efficiency, product performance, customization options, and after-sales service, all of which were addressed comprehensively by our team. The visitors also inspected finished WPC decking products, expressing high recognition for their texture, durability, and waterproof and insect-proof properties.
