the WPC granulator machine is equipped with high-performance vertical direct-drive gearboxes—featuring high transmission efficiency, robust load capacity, stable production output, space-saving design, zero oil leakage, superior heat dissipation, and simplified maintenance—paired with renowned-brand servo motors that achieve 15–20% energy savings while delivering precise speed/torque control, rapid response, minimal vibration, low noise operation, extended service life, and intelligent speed/output regulation.
The electrical control system incorporates top-tier components (ABB inverters, Siemens contactors/PLCs, Omron temperature controllers), with clearly labeled cables, neatly organized internal wiring, and user-centric operation—enabling customers to initiate production with a single factory power connection.
The machine base is constructed from solid steel plate using CNC cutting and precision polishing for dimensional accuracy and structural balance. All material/water-contacting components are fabricated from 304 stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance;
screws and barrel of the WPC granulator machine utilize custom wear-resistant materials (WR7/WR5 alloys for pelletizers) specifically engineered for the intended processing materials.
