Considering the frequent power grid fluctuations and high-temperature, dusty environments in some parts of Africa, Yongte specifically upgraded the production line: core electrical control components adopt a wide voltage design of 180V-480V, coupled with a voltage regulator module to handle extreme voltage fluctuations of 150V-175V; the control cabinet protection level has been upgraded to IP54, and a dustproof and heat dissipation system has been added, enabling it to withstand temperatures above 40℃ and dust in desert areas.
To ensure efficient order fulfillment, Yongte has established a complete supply chain guarantee system encompassing "production-assembly-installation-service". The six sets of equipment will be produced using a modular production model, with key components stocked in advance to ensure all production tasks are completed within 45 days. After the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, Yongte will also dispatch a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to provide installation and commissioning services, as well as conduct practical training covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of common faults.
