This plastic crusher machine's crushing blades are made of wear-resistant D2 alloy and feature both a split blade holder (suitable for thin films) and a vertical plate (suitable for rigid packaging bags). They provide a large cutting area and minimize dust production. Equipped with a 55kW motor, they achieve a production capacity exceeding 1.0 tons per hour. A cyclone suction system automatically collects the shredded material, reducing labor costs.
