The automatic plastic pipe winding and packing machine is a key equipment in the plastic pipe production line. It is mainly used to realize the automatic winding, cutting, bundling and unloading of pipes. It is widely used in the production of small-diameter pipes such as PE, PERT, and aluminum-plastic composite pipes. The equipment integrates automatic tube feeding, clamping, cutting, reel changing, bundling, and unloading functions, seamlessly integrating with the extrusion production line. A servo motor + high-precision sensor combination ensures stable reel tension. The dual-station design automatically switches between empty and finished reels, with a reel change time of ≤ 10 seconds. After reeling is completed, the equipment automatically bundles the reels using hot melt welding.
