Unlike conventional wet washing processes that rely on heavy water flushing to remove dust and impurities, the newly developed plastic film recycling system uses a complete dry physical purification process, effectively eliminating the resource waste and environmental pollution risks associated with traditional water-based cleaning. The entire production workflow features streamlined automation, stable operation, and excellent impurity removal performance, significantly enhancing the reprocessing value of recycled plastic materials.
With a high degree of integrated automation, the production line enables unmanned continuous operation from feeding, crushing, and cleaning to granulation, effectively reducing labor costs and human error. The equipment supports a stable hourly output of 500 kilograms of qualified recycled plastic particles, balancing high purification precision and efficient production capacity to meet medium and large-scale recycling demands. The production line follows a standardized and efficient dry recycling procedure. First, waste plastic films and bags are uniformly shredded by a twin-shaft shredder into homogeneous fragments, laying the foundation for subsequent thorough impurity removal. The crushed materials are then quantitatively conveyed by a material blower to the core water-free dry cleaning unit. Inside the dry cleaning machine, high-speed rotating shafts generate powerful mechanical friction and airflow impact, effectively stripping fine dust, surface attachments, and light impurities from the plastic fragments.
Equipped with a high-precision cyclone separation system and an efficient dust removal structure, the equipment achieves precise wind-material separation. Light dust and fine particulate impurities are drawn through the screen holes of the stainless steel inner liner by a high-power forced draft fan and collected by a dust removal bag to prevent dust overflow and secondary pollution. Meanwhile, heavy granular impurities that cannot be separated by airflow automatically fall through the screen holes, achieving complete physical separation of plastics and foreign impurities.
To further improve material purity and strengthen the impurity removal system, the production line is equipped with customized magnetic adsorption devices at key positions, including the conveyor belt and discharge outlet. The magnetic separation structure efficiently adsorbs and removes mixed metal impurities such as iron scraps from waste plastic films, effectively eliminating hard impurity hazards that could damage downstream processing equipment and ensuring the high purity of recycled plastic raw materials.
After integrated shredding, dry cleaning, dust removal, and metal removal, the purified plastic fragments can be directly fed into the plastic compaction granulator for one-step compression molding. The entire process enables seamless connection from waste material pretreatment to finished plastic particle production, greatly simplifying the recycling and reprocessing procedure and improving production efficiency.
In terms of operational advantages, this water-free cleaning production line offers outstanding automation and environmental performance. It requires no process water throughout the entire production process, completely eliminating water resource consumption and wastewater discharge in plastic film recycling. The integrated mechanical impurity removal technology ensures uniform material crushing and comprehensive removal of dust, light impurities, and metal contaminants, delivering far more stable purification results than traditional wet cleaning processes. Meanwhile, the highly automated assembly line minimizes manual intervention, ensuring long-term stable 500kg/h production efficiency and reducing overall operational costs for enterprises.
