Extruder: The machine comes with an extruder that melts and extrudes the PE material into a flat sheet. The extruder can be single-screw or twin-screw depending on the desired output and processing efficiency.
Die: The extruded material is then passed through a die, which shapes the material into a thin sheet of the required width, thickness, and length.
Cooling system: Once the sheet is formed, it needs to be cooled down to achieve the desired physical properties. The machine comes with a cooling system, most commonly in the form of a cooling roll, that cools down the sheet as it exits the die.
