Today, engineers from Yongte are installing an SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw wood-plastic extruder. It is equipped with an 80mm diameter conical double screw and a 75KW main motor, enabling an extrusion capacity of up to 350kg per hour. The WPC extruder comes with a gear-driven reduction gearbox. Its reinforced rib design allows it to withstand high torque output, ensuring stable operation during the extrusion process. The power system adopts an energy-efficient servo main motor as the primary power source, which transmits power to the reduction gearbox via a coupling to drive the screw rotation. The entire power unit is mounted on a sturdy steel base platform.

Today, the engineers have completed the coaxiality calibration of the motor-reducer-screw assembly, as well as the installation and alignment of the barrel and feeding system. Subsequent steps include electrical wiring, heating system debugging, and trial production. Equipment installation must strictly comply with technical specifications. Through multiple rounds of testing and inspection, the on-site engineers have ensured that all components are precisely positioned. During the installation, the team paid special attention to the screw alignment and motor connection stability, as these details directly affect the equipment's operational efficiency and product quality. Additionally, professional quality inspectors were stationed on-site to record critical installation data in real time, providing a reliable basis for equipment acceptance.
