Complete Description of Yongte's Free Trial Service

Option 1: Free sample testing upon delivery to the factory (most common, completely free)

Overseas customers can send sample materials to our Qingdao factory, where Yongte engineers will provide free trial production assistance.

· Free production of complete test video footage, high-definition finished product samples, and a comprehensive set of process parameter tables covering production capacity, temperature, and torque.

· The finished sample will be shipped back to the customer along with the product (shipping costs are negotiable; the factory covers all expenses for testing, debugging, and consumables).

· We offer testing services for all types of materials, including pipes, WPC (wood-based composite), recycled granules, and foam boards.

Solution 2: The customer visits the factory for on-site machine testing.

Overseas customers visiting the Qingdao plant can also enjoy free equipment debugging and free trial production.

The ·  incurs no equipment usage fees or debugging labor costs, with engineers providing full-process support for system calibration and recording critical parameters such as production capacity, product appearance, and material output stability.

·  Provide free trial samples and production process parameters, along with detailed explanations on equipment operation, energy consumption, and capacity calculation.

·  Customers can fully operate the production line independently throughout the process, visually verifying whether the equipment meets their raw material and product requirements.

·  Customers are solely responsible for covering all costs including raw materials, transportation, and accommodation; the factory does not charge any trial operation fees.

III. Special Supplementary Rules (No Hidden Fees)

1. Customized special molds: If the customer requires entirely new non-standard molds for their product, the mold cost shall be borne by the customer, but the trial production phase remains free.

2. On-site testing: Mobile on-site testing services for domestic or international locations are currently unavailable; all tests are conducted uniformly at the Qingdao headquarters factory.

3. No fees for uncompleted transactions: If the customer does not proceed with equipment purchase after trial testing, no penalties or service fees will be charged throughout the entire trial period.

4. mandatory pre-manufacturing self-testing: All ordered equipment undergoes internal load testing at the factory before shipment, completely free of charge, with a test report provided upon delivery.

IV. Trial Machine Reservation Process

1. Provide details on the types of raw materials, target products, and production capacity requirements.

2. Set appointment times for domestic customers; arrange material delivery logistics for overseas customers.

3. The factory has pre-arranged the corresponding model extrusion production lines and prepared all necessary auxiliary equipment.

4. Engineers provide one-on-one guidance throughout the trial testing process and deliver complete trial production documentation.
