Yongte’s Wood Powder Grinding Machine Passes On-Site Trial Acceptance for European Client
Recently, Yongte successfully completed on-site trial operation and acceptance of the wood powder crushing and grinding machine for a European client, delivering high-efficiency, energy-saving and eco-friendly wood processing equipment solutions for the customer’s wood powder production business. The tested equipment features stable operation, outstanding productivity and zero dust pollution, winning full recognition and high praise from the European customer.
The wood powder crushing and grinding machine independently developed and manufactured by Yongte is specially designed for the recycling and reprocessing of waste wood materials. It can efficiently process waste logs, density boards, plywood and other wooden waste materials into uniform fine wood powder. The finished 40-mesh wood powder is widely applicable for the production of wood-plastic composite products and biomass fuel materials, perfectly catering to the booming green recycling and new energy material market demands in Europe.
To fully verify the equipment’s actual performance and adaptability, our technical team conducted two rigorous trial tests with different raw materials under real production conditions during the customer’s on-site inspection.
In the first trial test, raw wood chips were adopted for processing verification. Equipped with a customized automatic wood chip feeding conveyor and high-intensity magnetic iron removal device, the machine realized automatic feeding and impurity removal throughout the whole process. The equipment stably processed raw wood chips into standard 40-mesh fine wood powder effortlessly, with a continuous production capacity exceeding 400kg per hour. The supporting magnetic separation device effectively removes iron impurities in raw materials, ensuring high purity of finished wood powder and protecting subsequent equipment from wear and damage.
In the second professional test targeting large waste wooden materials, the complete set of equipment composed of a 30KW high-power wood crusher and a 37KW disc-type wood powder grinder delivered excellent processing performance. For long strip density boards, plywood and other bulk wooden wastes that are difficult to process, the supporting crushing unit completes primary crushing efficiently, and the disc grinder further refines the materials into uniform 40-mesh wood powder. The hourly output still steadily reaches more than 400kg, proving the equipment’s strong adaptability to diverse raw materials and stable high-yield capacity.
Throughout the entire trial operation process, the Yongte wood powder processing unit showed remarkable comprehensive advantages. The whole production line ran smoothly with no abnormal vibration or failure. Compared with traditional wood processing equipment, it features lower energy consumption and higher production efficiency. In addition, the optimized closed structural design effectively avoids dust overflow, realizing zero dust pollution on the working site and fully complying with European environmental protection production standards.
After witnessing the whole trial process and verifying all performance indicators on site, the European client expressed great satisfaction with the equipment’s processing effect, production efficiency, stable quality and environmental protection performance.
