Beautiful embossing roller for WPC decking
We have finished two embossing roller today, these embossing rollers are used for 3D online embossing for WPC decking. the roller is made by 45# steel, the surface embossing texture is specially designed for WPC products to make it like wooden grain pattern.
the pattern is made by CNC engraving so it is deep and very good designed.
one roller is for 165mm diameter and another roller is for 295mm diameter.
we have coated the roller surface with teflon material so the material will not paste on it when embossing on high temperature WPC profile surface online.
