Today we have tested our WPC profile machine for our customer from South Africa, We have tested all the ordered molds and made very beautiful WPC decking/wall panel/fence panel products with online 3D embossing. The testing is very successful with performance of stably production,high capacity, and good product quality.
This WPC profile extrusion line equip with automatic vacuum feeding system, hige effective conical twin screw extrusion system, PLC control system, online 3D embossing machine, water and vacuum cooling and calibration table, double caterpillar haul off, automatic cutting machine with dust collector, and product stacker.
