Yongte Rubber Grinding Mill Successfully Completed Trial Run
The core requirement of a rubber grinding mill is to maximize grinding efficiency while ensuring the finished product particle size meets the required standards. During the trial run, the Yongte rubber grinding mill achieved a production capacity of 300 kg per hour, operating stably and without dust pollution.
This Yongte rubber grinding mill features a simple design, consisting of a screw loader, vibrating feeder, grinding system, cyclone dust collector, vibrating screen and electric control cabinet. After installation, it occupies only 15 square meters (5m x 3m). Operation is also very simple, with fully automated production.
This rubber grinding mill grinds rubber flakes into powder, which can be directly used to produce rubber seepage irrigation pipes.
The successful trial run of this rubber grinding mill not only validates the technical feasibility of the equipment but also lays the foundation for future rubber seepage pipe production.
