Yongte WPC pelletizing machine tested successfully
The successful testing and acceptance of the Yongte WPC pelletizing machine not only validates our preliminary preparations but also provides us with profound insights and growth in technical operation, teamwork, and problem-solving.
During the testing process, we consistently adhered to data-driven principles and focused on precise control of key processes. During initial startup, we employed a "step-by-step temperature increase" strategy, gradually raising the barrel temperature from room temperature to the set point (160°C in the feed section, 180°C in the melt section, and 170°C in the homogenization section). Each 20°C increase was followed by a 30-minute hold to prevent barrel deformation due to large temperature differences. Once the temperature stabilized, the screw speed was slowly adjusted (from 30 rpm to 80 rpm). The die discharge status was simultaneously monitored, with parameters such as the main engine current and die pressure recorded in real time.
The successful testing and acceptance of the Yongte WPC pelletizing machine is both a milestone achievement and a new starting point.
