During the continuous 120-hour full-load trial operation, the production line maintained stable operation throughout the whole process, with an operating failure rate of 0, far exceeding the industry average. Its intelligent control system can monitor 28 key operating parameters in real time. Once an abnormality occurs, the system can automatically adjust within 0.5 seconds to ensure a smooth production process. After high-temperature quenching at 1200℃, the surface hardness of the screw reaches HRC65, the wear resistance is increased by 60%, and the service life is extended to more than 10,000 hours. The barrel adopts a double-layer wear-resistant structure, and the thickness of the inner tungsten carbide coating is 0.8mm, which can effectively resist long-term friction of materials and reduce the maintenance frequency of equipment.
