This professional wood plastic granulator adopts a wear-resistant and acid-corrosion resistant parallel twin-screw extrusion system, which solves the equipment loss problem caused by long-term processing of wood fiber raw materials and greatly extends the service life of core components. Equipped with an efficient natural exhaust system, the equipment effectively discharges moisture and volatile impurities generated during production, ensuring stable molding quality and high finished product qualification rate of wood-plastic particles.
In terms of production performance and environmental efficiency, the machine boasts outstanding industry advantages. It supports a maximum wood fiber filling ratio of 70%, fully maximizing the utilization of biomass raw materials and reducing production costs for clients.
