The equipment achieved flawless continuous stable production for two full hours with mixed recycled plastic and textile fiber composite materials, fully meeting and exceeding the customer’s stringent acceptance standards.

Against the backdrop of the global plastics circular economy, more industrial clients are demanding extrusion equipment that can adapt to diverse recycled raw materials while maintaining high efficiency and ultra-stable operation. For this project, the customer set a core acceptance requirement: the 4-cavity extrusion machine must sustain uninterrupted stable production for two hours using composite materials blended with recycled PP/PE plastic and waste clothes fiber, which poses higher challenges to the equipment’s structural stability, parameter adaptability and material extrusion uniformity compared with production using pure new plastic materials.

To ensure authentic and rigorous test results, the Yongte technical team conducted a full-process standardized commissioning and inspection. During the acceptance testing phase, technicians first uniformly mixed recycled PP/PE plastic particles and waste textile fiber materials to form eco-friendly composite raw materials. The mixed materials were then delivered to the matched 4-cavity plastic profile extrusion mold for formal extrusion processing. After precise debugging of temperature, pressure, feeding speed and other core parameters, the team successfully raised the comprehensive production speed to 8 meters per minute (2 meters per minute per cavity × 4 cavities).

Following parameter optimization and stable operation calibration, the equipment maintained continuous, uninterrupted running for two hours under formal production conditions. Throughout the entire testing cycle, the machine operated smoothly without any shutdowns, jitters, material blockages or abnormal noise. The extruded plastic profiles featured uniform texture, stable specifications and qualified surface quality, with all operational indicators fully compliant with customer requirements and industrial production standards. The whole acceptance test was completed with zero faults and full success.
