1. Project Overview
In 2025, Yongteplast successfully completed the delivery of two customized automatic PE pipe winding machines for a top-tier plastic processing enterprise in Argentina. This cooperation aimed to provide high-efficiency winding solutions to support the client’s newly upgraded high-speed PE pipe extrusion production lines.
2. Customized Equipment Configuration
We tailored two professional winding units according to the client’s pipe diameter requirements:
- Double-station Automatic Winding Machine: Specially optimized for PE pipes with a diameter of 15mm to 32mm;
- High-capacity Winding Machine: Designed for large-volume winding of PE pipes ranging from 20mm to 63mm in diameter.
Both models are perfectly compatible with high-speed PE pipe extrusion lines, realizing fully automatic rolling and forming of plastic pipes with neat and uniform finished rolls.
3. Core Automatic Functions
Equipped with a high-precision automatic length counting system, the whole machine runs intelligently without manual intervention:
- The system automatically counts pipe length during operation;
- Once reaching the preset target length, the machine executes automatic cutting and station switching;
- The finished pipe roll is locked and fixed automatically;
- An alarm is triggered to remind workers of packaging work.
Our integrated design delivers a one-stop fully automatic winding solution, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
