The complete equipment has been fully packaged and shipped to the African customer’s production site.

This pellet making machine is a targeted customized solution independently developed and manufactured to adapt to the characteristics of the local waste plastic film recycling market in Africa. It is compatible with a wide range of soft plastic materials, including plastic packaging bags, plastic stretch wrap films, plastic woven bags, and plastic foam net bags. 1. Non-heat Melting Physical Compression Molding

Different from conventional pelletizing equipment that relies on high-temperature melting, this machine features a unique cold pressing pelletizing technology. It directly extrudes and molds crushed waste plastic films and plastic bags into solid pellets without any heating and melting process. 2. Customized Die Plate with Stable Operation

According to the specific characteristics of local waste plastic film materials in Africa (including film thickness, impurity content, material toughness and other key parameters), we specially customized the compression ratio of the machine’s grinding die plate. The optimized structural design realizes stable continuous production, thoroughly solves common equipment problems such as material jamming and blockage in the recycling process, and ensures the produced plastic pellets are uniform, compact and high-density with stable quality.

3. Standardized Pellet Specifications for Direct Reuse

The finished plastic pellets produced by this equipment feature standardized and uniform dimensions. The pellet diameter ranges from 6mm to 8mm, and the pellet length is controlled at 8mm to 10mm.
