Different from conventional wet washing processes that rely on massive water flushing to remove dust and impurities, the newly developed plastic film recycling system adopts a complete dry physical purification process, thoroughly solving the resource waste and environmental pollution risks brought by traditional water-based cleaning. The entire production workflow features streamlined automation, stable operation and superior impurity removal performance, significantly improving the reprocessing value of recycled plastic materials.
After integrated shredding, dry cleaning, dust removal and metal removal treatments, the purified plastic fragments can be directly fed into the plastic compaction granulator for one-step compress molding. The whole process realizes seamless connection from waste material pretreatment to finished plastic particle production, greatly simplifying the recycling and reprocessing procedure and improving production efficiency.
