The machine features an intelligent electrical control system built around a Siemens PLC, providing the customer with a highly reliable, user-friendly operation interface. Key production parameters — including temperature profiles, screw speed, feed rate, and extrusion pressure — are monitored and adjusted in real time, ensuring process consistency and reducing the risk of production defects.

The control system is housed in an integrated electrical cabinet with a split-door design, paired with a separated HMI console that gives operators a clean, ergonomic workspace away from the heat and vibration of the main machine. The cabinet incorporates an independent forced cooling system to maintain optimal internal temperatures, along with interlock safety protection to safeguard both personnel and equipment. The entire enclosure is dust-proof, specifically engineered to withstand the demanding environment of a plastic production workshop.

Utilizes a modular screw configuration with intermeshing, self-wiping twin screws, delivering excellent dispersive and distributive mixing. Materials such as wood flour, calcium powder, glass fiber, and various additives are thoroughly blended, resulting in minimal color variation and consistent performance—ideal for high-end modified material production.

2. Excellent Self-Cleaning; Reduced Material Carbonization
